It's 9 am and a tad cloudy at 67 degrees and one of the first pairings in the line-up are Brad Parrack and Tom Cress.
The NJBA pits are loaded with a 75 boat turn out at the Lake Ming Manufacturers Invitational race.
The majority of racers showed up early Friday morning with a few stragglers arriving late Friday night.
A refreshing face in the pits is Mary Rife McCally, in her Nostalgia Proud Mary Tour Trailer.
Rife, a long time retired race veteran, in her sixties, was the first woman to go over 200 MPH TFH, open boat, no capsule.
This time last year Ron Fuentes, Vice President of the NJBA, was dunked in the water, as a first time trophy recepient, a long time NJBA tradition.
Stay tuned to RAP as we bring you qualifying results later today and tommorrow we will bring you the final results and answer that big question, who got dunked. |
